Window Blinds 10 (10.0.7) gives a decompression error during installation on Windows 10 Pro (Ver: 1607, OS Build: 14393.51). Anyone else run into this problem?

If you are trying to install it using Object Desktop Manager, instead download the executable from your account here and double-click it to install:

It's also good to temporarily disable your antivirus before you install, if you're not doing that.
